(Spencer)– If you live in Clay county and your household received a needs assessment survey, you’re being asked to fill it out and return it as soon as possible.
Results will be used as a guide in planning and decision-making related to local services, amenities and needs and priorities in Clay county.
Replacement surveys were recently mailed to households that have not yet responded.
The survey is being sponsored by the Clay County Community Foundation, city of Spencer, and the Clay County Housing Trust Fund. Iowa State University is administering the survey on behalf of the three local organizations.
