(Peterson)– A Marcus man escaped injury but was issued citations following a single vehicle crash January 30th
east of Peterson.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says 39-year-old Joshua Weber lost control of a 2014 Toyota Tundra in the 1300 mile of 500th Street. The vehicle went into the ditch and spun, coming to rest on its passenger side resulting in an estimated $18,000 in damage.
Weber was cited for failure to maintain control and for not having insurance.
