(Spencer)– A Spencer man wanted on several outstanding warrants has been taken into custody.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says 35-year-old Brandon Buchholz was arrested last Thursday at a residence on 1st Avenue West in Spencer.
Buchholz was wanted on warrants for violation of a protection order and for failing to appear on original charges of domestic assault in the 3rd degree, burglary in the 1st degree and going armed with intent.
Buchholz was being held in the Clay county jail on a $5,000 cash only bond.
