October 13, 2022 Steve Schwaller

(Spencer)– A traffic stop this past Sunday resulted in multiple charges against a Greenville man. The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy made the stop in the 4100 mile of Highway 71 and located marijuana, drug paraphernalia and a THC cartridge. The driver, 38-year-old Joshua DeBoer, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance…marijuana, speeding, failure to display a registration plate and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked into jail.
