(Spencer)– City officials in Spencer today (Mon.) announced the city’s new app has launched and is now available.
The app, dubbed Spencer Iowa, was developed in response to the 2024 flood. It integrates information from the Flood Center of Iowa, including river level data and weather alerts, along with city news and announcements and resources from the city’s new website which launched in July. The app also includes a feature that allows residents to report a problem to city staff.
