(Spencer)– The city of Spencer continues to seek public input on proposed plans for a splash pad along with upgrades to the city’s campground and swimming pool. Bob Fullhart of the city’s Parks and Recreation Department says they’ll be holding another open house tomorrow (Wed.) evening at 6:00 pm at city hall…
“It will be a great opportunity. We want to get as many people here as we can. We’ll have the comment cards out, we’ll have all the designs on display for people to take a look at. It will be very similar to what we did here a couple of weeks ago. So another opportunity for people to come in and get their opinion on that, give us their feedback on that, then we’ll go from that, we’ll move into our Park Board meeting and have a discussion on which direction we want to pursue forward with those things.”
Again the open house begins at 6:00 pm Wednesday evening (Feb. 21st) at Spencer City Hall.
