(Milford)– The city of Milford is considering renewing and tweaking its residential revitalization plan. Mayor Steve Anderson tells KUOO news the program has been successful in the past…
“It’s been in place for several years and it recently expired and so we’ve been working to look at what we can do to update that plan and get it back on the books. Most of that is for tax incentives for single family houses and multi-family houses that are going up in areas that we don’t have the TIF district or urban renewal districts, so. We’ve got a committee that worked on that. That’s been brought forth to the council and we’ll have a public hearing on that and then we’ll pass a resolution to get it adopted.”
The city council Monday evening set January 13th as the date for a public hearing on the matter.
