(Milford)– Officials with the city of Milford say they’ve established a location where flood debris may be taken. They say a dumpster site has been established at Memorial Park on 17th Street. They add the dumpsters are for the CITY OF MILFORD RESIDENTS ONLY (residing within City Limits) and that the debris must be fully contained within the dumpsters.
No green waste, hazardous waste, white goods or electronics is accepted at this location. Those items need to be taken to the Dickinson County Regional Collection Center at 2260 220th St, Milford. There WILL be a charge to dispose of those.
The dumpsters will be available until July 2, 2024 @ 10am.
City officials say the site is being monitored to avoid illegal dumping.
