November 22, 2014

(Spencer)– The Spencer Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance as officers investigate a recent rash of incidents in which windows were shot out of vehicles.

Police say the incidents took place Tuesday and Wednesday evenings on the city’s east side.

They say it appears a pellet gun was used in each incident.

Anyone with information should contact the Spencer Police Department at 262-2151 or Clay County Crimestoppers at 262-6655. Information may also be submitted through the department’s Text-A-Tip program.
