(Lake Park)– Minor injuries were reported earlier this week when a vehicle collided with a deer in the 2000 block of Dickinson County Road M-27, south of Lake Park. The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office says 70-year-old Bud Phillips of Crystal, Minnesota was driving a 2025 Honda Civic southbound when the collision occurred.
Phillips and a passenger, 54-year-old Denise Pearson of Crystal, Minnesota, sustained minor injuries and were taken by ambulance to Spencer Hospital.
Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $20,000.
The collision took place shortly after 9:00 pm Tuesday.
