(Sioux City)– A California man has been sentenced to 10 years in prison in a methamphetamine case that has ties to northwest Iowa.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office says 43-year-old Wesley Wood was sentenced last week to 10 years in federal prison. Wood pled guilty in May of this year to conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine.
As part of a plea arrangement, Wood admitted to conspiring to distribute multiple pounds of meth to Sheldon Iowa by utilizing the U.S. Postal Service.
