(Spencer)– A month-long investigation into a residential burglary by the Clay and Buena Vista County Sheriff’s Office has culminated in the arrest of a Marathon teen.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says 17-year-old Joshua Martin was arrested last Thursday and charged with burglary in the third degree…a class “D” felony.
He’s accused of entering a residence and committing a burglary.
Martin was cited in juvenile court and was released to the custody of an adult.
