Burglary Investigation Leads To Arrest Of Graettinger Man

November 22, 2014

(Graettinger)– An investigation into a burglary that occurred last week in Graettinger has led to the arrest of a Graettinger man.

The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office says authorities received a report on Tuesday of last week of a burglary that had taken place at 402 South Cedar. An investigation resulted in authorities obtaining and executing a search warrant on a residence at 312 South Washington in Graettinger. Items recovered in the search resulted in deputies obtaining an arrest warrant for 41-year-old Shawn Pattison of Graettinger.

Pattison was arrested Saturday by the Clay County Sheriff’s Office. He was then booked into the Palo Alto county jail on a charge of 3rd degree burglary…a class “D” felony. He’s being held on a $10,000 cash or surety bond.
