(Spencer)– Lifeserve Blood Center is partnering with the Clay County Fair to host a community blood drive during this year’s fair. It’s scheduled for Wednesday, September 10th, from 10:00 am until 3:00 pm at the north parking lot by the Events Center at the Clay County Fairgrounds.
There’s a special significance with the September 10th blood drive, as that day will be First Responder’s Day at the Clay County Fair.
Appointments for the September 10th drive can be scheduled in advance by visiting lifeserve.info/clayfair or by calling 800-287-4903.
LifeServe Blood Center provides blood products to more than 175 hospitals primarily in Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota.
