(Fostoria)– The Iowa State Patrol has released details into a single vehicle rollover that took place last week at the intersection of Highway 71 and 270th Street on the Clay/Dickinson county line.
Troopers say 38-year-old Christopher Enge of Milford was driving a 2005 Chevrolet northbound when he may have suffered a medical condition that caused him to lose control. The vehicle traveled onto the west shoulder and then struck a large snowbank in the median at the crossover with 270th Street. The vehicle flipped onto its top on the snowbank and then flipped back upright, coming to rest on the highway.
Enge was taken by ambulance to Spencer Hospital with possible injuries.
Enge was cited for failure to maintain control.
The crash took place shortly after 2:00 p.m.
