(Ruthven)– A report of an underage party at a residence on Lost Island Lake early Sunday resulted in four juveniles being cited for underage possession of alcohol.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were called to trailer 16 at Grandview Resort on Lost Island Lake shortly after 12:30 a.m.
Authorities say two juvenile males and two juvenile females between the ages of 14 and 17 were charged with possession of alcohol under the legal age.
In addition, authorities arrested 20-year-old Marcus Ketcham of Spencer at the same residence. Ketcham was wanted on a warrant for sexual abuse in the third degree. He was booked into the Clay county jail pending an initial court appearance.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office was assisted on the scene by the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office and the Iowa State Patrol.
