(Sibley)– An investigation into a complaint of an assault that allegedly took place Monday at a rural residence in Osceola county resulted in the arrest of an Ocheyedan man.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office says 47-year-old Jeffrey Lausen was charged with willful injury…a class “D” felony; and criminal mischief in the fifth degree…a simple misdemeanor.
Lausen was booked into the Osceola county jail on a $5,300 cash bond.
Other details into the alleged incident weren’t immediately available.
