(Everly)– An Everly man was arrested over the weekend for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend. The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says an investigation into the incident Friday evening resulted in the arrest of 42-year-old Timothy Curry who was charged with domestic assault…2nd offense and possession of a firearm as a felon. Authorities say Curry was also wanted on a valid Clay county warrant for contempt of court.
