(Sibley)—An anonymous text received by the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office has resulted in animal neglect charges being filed against an Ashton man.
Authorities say 38-year-old Cory Osterbuhr was charged Saturday in connection with 15 horses and three dogs they say were being neglected after they conducted an investigation into the tip. The Sibley Veterinary Clinic assisted in the investigation.
The charge is a simple misdemeanor.
