(Spirit Lake)– Officials are announcing a special partnership that will allow the Bedell Family YMCA to begin offering some arts programs.
It’s being made possible through a joint venture involving the ArtsLive Youth Festival. The merger will be taking place this fall.
The “Y” Arts Program will consist of the “Y” Arts Club, dance, theatre, painting and music.
The program will officially be presented to the public at an open house set for Thursday, September 15th from 7:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the Bedell Family YMCA.
Officials with both the Y and ArtsLIVE say they’re very excited over the new arrangement, adding it will allow for better year-round programming for both groups.
