(Spencer)– Authorities in Clay county say an arrest has been made in a sexual abuse case dating back to 2016.
The Sheriff’s Office says 56-year-old Stacy Baas of Rossie was arrested Friday. Baas was charged with sexual abuse in the 2nd degree, lascivious acts with a child and indecent contact with a child. Baas was booked into the Clay county jail.
Authorities say the incident was reported back in December of 2021 and has been the source of an ongoing investigation since then.
