(Spirit Lake)– Arraignment is set for March 7th in Dickinson County District Court for a man accused of shooting a woman multiple times in a parking lot in Milford earlier this month.
Christian William Goyne-Yarns is accused of shooting Shelby Woizeschke February 3rd in the parking lot of Grapetree Medical Staffing, where she worked. He was arrested shortly after the shooting and was initially charged with attempted murder. The charge was upgraded a couple of days later to 1st degree murder after Woizeschke died of her injuries at a Sioux Falls hospital.
Goyne-Yarns remains in the Dickinson county jail on a one million dollar cash only bond.
