(Arnolds Park)– An Arnolds Park man was arrested on multiple drug charges after authorities executed a search warrant on his residence Monday. 39-year-old Lorenzo Shaw III was booked into the Dickinson county jail on charges of possession of a controlled substance…marijuana; possession of a controlled substance…cocaine; possession with intent to deliver cocaine; ongoing criminal conduct; possession of drug paraphernalia; and failure to affix a drug tax stamp.
Criminal complaints allege Shaw was in possession of marijuana along with 33.9 grams of cocaine, used and unused plastic baggies, a digital scale and nearly $3,000 in cash. The complaints also accuse Shaw of “unlawfully acting in concert with others in a criminal network to obtain, package and deliver controlled substances for financial gain.”
