(Sibley)– A 911 call to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office regarding a man with a gun in a parking lot landed a Heron Lake, Mn. man in jail.
Authorities say upon investigating, 40-year-old Troy Harms was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
The weapon was safely secured and Harms was taken into custody without incident.
He was booked into the Osceola county jail on a $300 bond.
The incident took place Sunday.
