(Spirit Lake)– A 17-year-old member of the Superior Lakers 4-H Club has been crowned 2011 Dickinson County Fair Queen.
Amanda Bueltel, daughter of Jeff and Sandi Bueltel, received the title during ceremonies Sunday, the opening day of the fair.
Bueltel is a member of the United Methodist Church and National Honor Society. Her volunteer activities include reading to preschoolers, umpiring Little League Softball games, tutoring other students and helping to coach a Little Leage softball team.
Bueltel will represent Dickinson county at the Iowa State Fair Queen Contest in August.
