(Sibley)– A crew contracted by Alliant Energy will be trimming trees in upcoming days in a number of communities in Osceola county.
Officials with the utility company say tree trimming crews will be working in Sibley, George, Ashton, Little Rock, Melvin, Matlock, Allendorf and Cloverdale.
The utility says affected customers will be individually notified.
Alliant Energy officials say the trimming is necessary to provide safe and reliable electric service.
