(Estherville)– A portion of Highway 4 in Estherville that’s been closed for months due to road construction is about to reopen to traffic. The Iowa Department of Transportation says that portion of the highway from the railroad overpass south will reopen at 5:00 pm Wednesday.
That portion of Highway 4 from Central Avenue north, however, will remain closed as work continues in that area.
