(Kingsley)– The Police Chief in Kingsley has been arrested as part of a criminal investigation that was requested by the Hinton Police Department.
Agents with the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation took James Dunn into custody Monday at his home in Kingsley. Dunn was booked into the Plymouth county jail on three counts of falsely obtaining criminal intelligence data; one count of non-felonious misconduct in office and one count of stalking.
A press release says the investigation continues and that no other information is being released at this time.
