(Undated)– A northwest Iowa dairy is being recognized by U.S. Senator Joni Ernst. It’s part of her efforts to recognize a small business in each of Iowa’s 99 counties.
Ernst announced her selection for this week is Jones Dairy, located south of Milford. The 1,200 acre dairy farm produces more than 4.3 million gallons of milk annually. The operation has over 1,800 dairy cows and includes a state-of-the-art viewing area to teach students about the importance of farms and food.
Jones Dairy will celebrate 122 years in Iowa this year.
