(Arnolds Park)– Cheerleaders have been announced for the 33rd annual University of Okoboji Winter Games.
This year’s selection includes Jantina Carney, a sales executive at KUOO; Rachelle Fratzke, Performance Director at the Pearson Lakes Art Center; Jen Johnson, Program Director for the Iowa Great Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce; Norm Johnson, CEO of the Bedell Family YMCA; Jamie Jostand, long time organizer of the winter games Texas Hold ‘Em Tournament and area businessman; Matt Schmeling, manager of the Super 8 Motel in Spirit Lake; Marlys Nichols, longtime employee with the city of Spirit Lake; and Scott Troutman, a Spirit Lake insurance agent.
The honorees were voted on at a meeting Monday of the Winter Games Committee.
