| We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in Spencer, Iowa. RBTs will implement individualized treatment plans designed and supervised by a BCBA, delivering engaging, ethical, and client-centered sessions with fidelity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide 1:1 therapy in a center for children with developmental disabilities. 2. Implement skill acquisition programs across communication, social, play, academic, self-help, and motor domains. 3. Collect accurate data and complete required documentation 4. Build strong rapport with clients through compassionate, professional interactions 5. Communicate session updates with team members as appropriate 6. Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training Requirements 1. Active RBT certification within 30 days 2. Strong communication and organizational skills 3. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs 4. Comfortable working with children with developmental disabilities 5. 18 years of age with a High School Diploma Full-Time Employment with Benefits available. No Weekends or Nights. |
