| Estherville Pharmacy is a growing, independently owned community pharmacy in Estherville, Iowa. Our focus is improving health outcomes in the community by engaging with area healthcare providers, patients and community stakeholders to provide pharmacy access and services. Pharmacy or healthcare related experience or customer service preferred. Estherville Pharmacy will provide training to candidates who possess the necessary skills and Core Values. Successful certification is required within 1 year of hire through the National Healthcareer Association (NHA) or the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB). Qualifications and Skills High School Diploma (or equivalent) Must be eligible to register as a pharmacy technician with the Iowa Board of Pharmacy Reliable Must love people and possess the ability to deliver a top notch customer experience Works well in a team-oriented environment Possesses strong communication skills Ability to operate Windows-based computer software systems/pharmacy systems Attention to detail Ability to understand and follow processes and instructions Is coachable Shares in the Core Values of Estherville Pharmacy Job Type: Full-time / Non-Exempt Education: High School or Equivalent (Required) License: Pharmacy Technician Certification (Preferred, but training available) Compensation: Competitive pay – based on relevant experience Start Date: As soon as possible Qualifying candidates will receive an Application for Employment to submit prior to initial interviews.
