We are looking for a hands-on, solutions-focused Office Manager who loves challenges and takes ownership. In this role, you will not just “run the office” you’ll help drive our success.
What You will Do
- Lead and optimize daily office operations, including scheduling, billing, and inventory management.
- Supervise and mentor staff, coordinating schedules and stepping in when needed to keep things moving.
- Ensure a seamless patient experience from check-in to check-out, every visit, every time.
- Manage insurance verification, billing, and claims with accuracy and follow through.
- Oversee inventory, vendor relationships, and supply ordering.
- Implement and improve office policies and procedures to boost efficiency.
- Train and develop staff to exceed service expectations.
- Collaborate with the optometrist and optical team to increase office sales and patient satisfaction.
- Ensure excellent communication with patients and vendors via phone and in person.
- Take on special projects and solve problems proactively.
Who We are Looking For
- Proven office management or administrative leadership experience (healthcare ideal).
- A strong, dependable leader who motivates by example.
- Detail driven, organized, and ready to manage multiple moving parts.
- Skilled in communication, both with teams and patients.
- Proficient with MS Office and QuickBooks.
- Familiar with insurance processes and medical billing.
- Experience in eye care is a plus but not required if you are a fast learner and eager to grow.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but experience and drive speak loudly.
