The Maintenance Worker positions will be held by professional individuals capable of attending to Crescent Beach facilities with integrity and attention to detail.
Our goal is to create a well maintained facility in both presentation and functionality; as well as, maintaining an orderly environment for our guests that will become a critical factor in our property and will help strengthen our reputation.
Responsibilities:
• Performing cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping etc.
• Perform minor fixes such as repairing door locks, filling gaps on walls, etc.
• Install appliances and equipment
• Do garden/yard upkeep by mowing lawn, collecting trash, raking beach
• Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems
• Check functionality of safety systems
• Collaborate with workers and other professionals
• Report to Resort Manager/Maintenance Manager for issues
Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
• Experience using hand and electrical tools
• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical stamina and dexterity
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
• Problem-solving skills
