The Emmet County Assessor’s Office is accepting applications for a full-time position as a Property Appraiser. The position will consist of collecting property information for use in determining assessed valuations working both in the office and in various weather conditions. Candidate must possess strong computer, communication, and public relations skills. Real estate, construction, or previous assessment experience helpful.
