Spirit Lake Senior Signs With Morningside

On Tuesday December 22nd, Spirit Lake senior Max Carney signed his letter of intent to play football at Morningside College in Sioux City.
Max was a three year starter for the Spirit Lake football team under head coach Josh Bolluyt.
Coach Bolluyt had high praise for Max as he was able to play multiple positions for the Spirit Lake football team.
The Morningside football team is coached by Steve Ryan. They are the two time defending NAIA football champions. This past fall they went 8-0 and will participate in the playoffs this Spring.
