Comments From Boji Coach Ryan Stumbo:
A lot of credit needs to be given to Sibley-Ocheyedan tonight for the way they came out and played early in the game. They had some players step up and hit shots as well as finish well early, which put us into a hole. Normally, we are able to combat those high scoring quarters by scoring a decent amount ourselves, but tonight we did not capitalize as well on some of our looks and struggled to give ourselves second chances in the first half. This time of year defense is absolutely vital, and we struggled to find a stretch of the game to buckle down with stops. We are very sad to see our season end this way considering how well we had been playing up to this game, but we learned so much about ourselves this year and worked really hard to continue to improve. We will remain optimistic and excited for our future, and we thank our seniors - Cris Halbur, Blake Peter, and Ryan Feller - for their selfless leadership and all of their efforts in moving us forward this year.
