Quote From Head Coach John Adams:
“We started slow but got things going in the second quarter when we guarded without fouling. You’ve got to give Boyden-Hull credit as they battled all night; we felt good up 12 but the Comets kept chipping away and we were fortunate to escape with the win. I’ve got to do a better job with the girls at the end of the game and put us in better situations to hang on to the lead. Kallyn had a huge night for us on both ends of the floor; she hit some huge shots for us and also rebounded well out of the guard position. Magan also hit some big shots for us and Camry and Alexis were big on the glass. We’re excited with the potential of this team and anxious to get back on the court tomorrow before taking a few days off for Thanksgiving.”
