Laker softball signs player from Colorado
ESTHERVILLE - Iowa Lakes Community College softball coach Katie Larson has announced the signing of a player from Colorado.
Priscilla Lozoya is a shortstop-catcher from La Salle, Colo. She played for Valley High School, where she was a four-year letter winner.
In her senior season, she batted .379 with 25 hits, including six doubles and five home runs.
She was a two-time all-conference selection and a two-time honorable mention choice. Lozoya helped lead her team to two regional championships.
In addition, Priscilla was a standout basketball and soccer player.
She was a two-year letter winner in basketball, earning an honorable mention and all-conference selection. In soccer, Lozoya was a two-year letter winner and an all-conference choice.
