Henry Ford was led by Lorenzo Wright with 23 points.
Head Coach Troy Larson had this to say about the game. "We did a great job in the second half defensively holding them to 23% from the floor after they made 11 three-point shots in the first half. Our depth allowed us to pull away. Our freshmen big’s Johnathan Oden and Joseph Owens gave us a big lift and allowed us to stretch the game down the stretch.”
The Lakers will take on DMACC in the Final Four. The Bears who are also a member of the Iowa Community College Athletic Conference defeated the Lakers in their previous two meetings this year 78-74, and 71-62. DMACC was 19-5 on the season and won the ICCAC regular season title.
