Spirit Lake Coach Tim Heinitz: It was overall a very good night for our Indians XC team.  The girls took a few steps forward and ran ran than last week.  Patience is going to be important on their road to recovery! On the boys side, our varsity boys had a very good meet as well as JV boys.  Our JV girls also ran very well tonight! A special congrats to Kourtney Delperdang for winning her 4th consecutive meet, pulling out the victory by 8 seconds in the last 100 meters!
