YMCA Kinship Mentoring Program Observes National Mentoring Month

(Spirit Lake)-- January is National Mentoring Month. Paula Edwards of the YMCA of the Okoboji’s oversees the YMCA Kinship Mentoring Program in Dickinson and Emmet counties. Edwards adds you must also pass both criminal and driving background checks.

The YMCA Kinship Mentoring Program will hold an “I am a Mentor Day” and Mentor Appreciation Supper at 6:30 p.m. this Thursday, January 14th.
