Woman Faces Several Charges In Connection With Two Separate Incidents
(Emmetsburg)-- A Curlew woman was arrested Tuesday on multiple charges following two separate incidents in Palo Alto county.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff's Office says deputies were called shortly after 2:00 am after getting a report of a woman screaming outside an apartment building in Aryshire. A resident told a deputy he was awaken by a woman inside of his apartment and that she didn't have permission to be there. A subsequent investigation resulted in the arrest of 49-year-old Ladawn Colvin of Curlew. She was charged with disorderly conduct and trespassing. Colvin was later released from jail after posting bond.
At around 4:00 pm that same day the Palo Alto County Sheriff's Office was called to a report of a disturbance at a bar in Ayrshire. Authorities say Colvin was arrested again and booked into jail on charges of disorderly conduct and interference with official acts.
