Two NW Iowa Airports Awarded Funding For Improvements

(Undated)-- Two northwest Iowa airports have been awarded funding to assist with some improvements.
The Cherokee County Regional Airport in Cherokee will get $290,000 for a taxiway lighting project.
The Spencer Airport will receive $300,000 to seal a runway and repair some pavement joints.
The funding is included in a $627 million infrastructure and safety projects made possible by the Federal Aviation Administration.
