Suspicious Person Investigation Results In Arrest Of Teen On Multiple Drug Charges
(Spencer)-- An investigation into a report of a suspicious person Tuesday resulted in the arrest of a Spencer teen on multiple drug charges.
Spencer police say officers were called to the intersection of 8th Street SW and 1st Avenue SW shortly after 8:30 am where they located 19-year-old Casey Tuttle of Spencer.
Upon investigating police discovered Tuttle was allegedly in possession of several controlled substances.
Tuttle was arrested and was booked into the Clay county jail on charges of possession of a controlled substance marijuana...2nd offense, possession of a controlled substance methamphetamine...2nd offense, possession of a controlled substance cocaine...2nd offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Bond was set at $5,000.
