(Estherville)-- An investigation into the theft of an A-T-V and other items has resulted in the arrest of an Estherville man.
The Estherville Police say they were notified Monday by authorities in Jackson county about an all-terrain-vehicle that had been stolen from a residence there the previous night. Police also received information from neighbors and others about possible stolen property and criminal behavior taking place at 1827 North 6th Street in Estherville. Some tools and other items taken in some previous burglaries in Estherville were also recovered along with drug paraphernalia, small amounts of marijuana and other narcotics.
Breiner was charged with ongoing criminal conduct, theft of a motor vehicle, two counts of burglary in the 3rd degree, theft in the 2nd degree, trafficking in stolen weapons, possession of burglar tools, possession of a controlled substance...marijuana...2nd offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
