Study Ranks Dickinson County As 6th In Iowa For Economic Growth
(Undated)-- A study by a New York-based financial technology company ranks Dickinson county among the top places in Iowa when it comes to economic growth. The study, conducted by Smart Asset, ranks Dickinson county 6th in the state, behind Dallas, Polk, Warren, Johnson and Dubuque counties.
The study is based on a number of factors, including business establishment growth, GDP growth, new building permits and municipal bond investment.
Two other northwest Iowa counties, Sioux and Lyon, were also ranked among the top 10 counties in Iowa for economic growth. Sioux county was ranked 7th and Lyon county 8th.
