Spencer Man Sentenced On Burglary And Drug Charges
(Spencer)-- A Spencer man has been sentenced to state prison.
According to Clay County court records, 26-year-old Dennis Williams was arrested in December of 2017 by Spencer police on second-degree burglary and possession of meth charges.
Williams pleaded guilty to attempted third-degree burglary, an aggravated misdemeanor... and the possession of meth charge, a serious misdemeanor.
Williams was sentenced to two years on the attempted burglary charge and one year on the meth charge, to be served concurrently. He was also ordered to pay 14-hundred dollars in fines, surcharges, and court costs.
