Single Vehicle Crash Injures Sheldon Teen
(Sheldon)-- A single vehicle crash last week in O'Brien county injured a Sheldon teen.
The Sheriff's Office says a 16-year-old male was driving a 2005 Chevrolet southbound on a gravel road when he lost control. Authorities say the teen then over-corrected and that the vehicle swerved for about 450 feet before it went into the northbound ditch and rolled. The vehicle exited the ditch and came back onto the road before going into the southbound ditch where it came to rest.
The teen was taken to the Sheldon hospital by ambulance.
He was cited with failure to maintain control.
