Authorities say 59-year-old David Frease of Sioux Rapids was driving a 2010 Bluebird school bus, owned by the Sioux Central School District, westbound. Authorities say Frease lost control when he slowed to turn southbound onto 240th Avenue. The bus slid into the west ditch and rolled onto its side.
